INS offers discounts to early registrants. Registrations must be received by midnight EST on the discount deadline listed below.

CONFIRMATION: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your registration is processed by INS. The confirmation will indicate the meeting(s) for which you are registered. Please review your confirmation for accuracy and contact INS Member Services as soon as possible if any information is incorrect. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call INS Member Services at 781-440-9408.

Incomplete forms will not be processed.

Registration will not be confirmed until paid in full.

REMINDER: If you already have an NPI number, please include it on your registration form. Not sure what your NPI number is or if you have one? Look it up in the NPI Registry.

GUEST REGISTRATION: Each attendee has an opportunity to register 1 guest for a fee of $150. Guests are allowed to attend social events; however, they are NOT allowed to attend educational sessions. INS members, CRNI®s, and exhibitors are not allowed to attend as guests.

Guest Registrations include the following:

  • Access to the Keynote Address: Saturday morning
  • Access to the Exhibit Hall: Saturday to Monday
  • Breakfast and lunch: Saturday to Tuesday

EXHIBIT PERSONNEL: Exhibit personnel who want to attend educational sessions must register for the meeting.

INFANTS/CHILDREN: Infants and children under the age of 18 are not permitted in educational sessions or in the Exhibit Hall at any time.

EXHIBIT HALL-ONLY PASSES: INS does NOT offer exhibit hall-only passes at this meeting.

TAX DEDUCTION: Attendees may be eligible to deduct the cost of their registration fee and related expenses from their federal income taxes. Please consult your tax advisor for details.

NO SOLICITATION POLICY: Suitcasing is defined as any activity designed to solicit or sell products or services to delegates attending a convention without proper authorization from show management or in ways that violate the rules of the event. Any attendee who is observed soliciting business in the aisles, at another company’s booth, or is in violation of any portion of this policy, will be subject to removal without refund and additional penalties.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: All registration cancellations must be made in writing to INS and will be refunded only if they are received by March 30, 2019. All refund requests are subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason after March 30, 2019. No exceptions will be made. No-shows will forfeit all registration fees paid and are not eligible for any refunds or credits. Cancellations of hotel reservations cannot be made through INS.

TRANSFERS/SUBSTITUTIONS: If you register for the Annual Meeting and are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. A $50 administrative fee will apply. All transfer requests must be made in writing to INS and will be considered only if received by March 30, 2019.

HOW TO GAIN APPROVAL TO ATTEND: INS has developed a proposal letter you can submit to your employer to help you gain approval to attend this year’s meeting. The letter highlights the benefits you and your employer will receive through your participation in this event. You can customize it with your contact information and other details. Did you know you might be eligible to attend INS’ Annual Meeting free of charge? Aside from the many research grants awarded each year, the Gardner Foundation also awards 5 meeting scholarships to INS members that allow them to attend an INS Meeting. This is a benefit you can get from continuing infusion therapy education. The application period opens in late Fall/early Winter each year. By submitting a brief online form, you could have your expenses covered for INS 2019!
